With an important history and innumerable references in diverse sectors of industry, the NG line of reducers has been constantly improved since 1920, when its production began under traditional Dedini technology.
Seeking to develop equipment with a robust construction that generates a low noise-level, high performance, and great availability, NG has a qualified group that continuously enhances their projects, manufacturing processes and suppliers.
Produced in accordance with the requisites of international standards such as AGMA and API, and submitted to quality control at all stages of manufacture, the NG reducers have proved safety and long useful life.
High Speed
The high speed reducers have a transmission stage, parallel horizontally disposed shafts, bi-helical gears, sliding bearings of patent metal, brackets, copper labyrinth seals, lubrication and cooling under pressure.
G series
This series incorporates the most recent technical advances in the high speed sector.
They were completely developed by NG and are used for driving up to 12,000 kW (for electricity generators, compressors, pumps and exhausters, for example). Mounted in cast iron housing with internal passages for oil, the gears are rectified for perfect contact between the teeth, thereby obtaining a low noise level and longer useful life.

F series
Equipment with robust construction mounted on cast iron housings, requiring minimal maintenance. They are used for driving up to 3000 kgf x m (for example, shredders and oscillating knives in sugar industries, pumps, compressors and fans). The teeth of the main shaft are rectified and those of the gears cut and/or rectified. After assembly, the parts are mated to obtain perfect contact between the teeth, and a low noise level.

M series
This series is used to drive up to 8.300 kgf x m (to drive mills through intermediate reduction, shredders and oscillating knives, for example). Among their features, the following are highlighted: bi-helical centered gears, cast iron housings, patent metal bearings on the three shafts, brackets, copper labyrinth seals, lubrication and cooling under pressure.

DM2 Series
Designed to meet the requirements of the most diverse applications, these types of equipment are manufactured with welded construction housings, with a functional design and great rigidity. They are bi-helical and/or helical gears manufactured of forged or cast steel alloy, patent metal bearings at the inlet shaft and roller bearings at the others, copper labyrinth seals at the input shaft and neoprene seals at the output shaft, lubrication and cooling under pressure. The main shafts are manufactured of forged cementation material and the gears of processed forged steel alloy.
