NG has a team of technicians and engineers trained to work on commissioning turbo machines, power generating centers, optimization of batch and continuous processes.

NG’s engineering, and electrical and automation team was initially formed to provide their customers with after-sales support in turbo machines and centers generating power from biomass. We carry out inspections and commissioning of both NG manufactured equipment and that supplied by NG, such as outsourced equipment.

NG has designed and supplied electrical, control and automation solutions for complete thermo-electrical plants using biomass right from input of steam generation fuel through to energy synchronism and exportation, for both new plants and upgrading existent plants. NGs commissioning team actively participates in this stage of project detailing through to the start-up stage of these systems.

Relative to optimization of batch and continuous processes, NGs experience is based on innumerable projects supplied to their customers in the area of sugar and alcohol production.
